Questions my clients ask before hiring me
A. I understand that tech-related things can be overwhelming for some people, so I make things as easy as possible for my clients. My number one goal is to make sure my clients get a solution that’s right for their needs and helps them achieve their own specific goals. So, I will walk you through the process and make sure it’s as simple as possible to get the results you need. I also make sure you’re empowered to update your website on your own. Or, if you prefer, I can put you on a monthly maintenance plan and do it for you.
A. That depends on quite a few things! The best thing to do would be to book a call with me to chat about it.

It really depends on what’s going on with the site. Your best bet is to book a website review. I can take a look at your site and see what’s going on and give you an idea of what can be done. You can find more information on that here.
A. WordPress is my preferred CMS (content management system), but I can help with other types of websites.
Here’s a few reasons why I prefer WordPress.
1. It can do anything you want it to.
2. When your business is ready to grow, it can grow with you.
3. You can truly own your website and its content, while other platforms (like Squarespace and Shopify) hold the contents of your site.
4. It can cost as much or as little as you’d like, depending on where it’s being hosted, and what you’re doing with it.
A. No, I don’t. While I have a lot of respect for people who can produce so much in such a short time, I don’t work that way. My process takes time and input, and I really believe that things just need to “sit” for a bit before you consider them finished. I’m a big fan of walking away from something for a bit, and then coming back to it later with fresh eyes. So, for me, doing a website in a day doesn’t really work.
A. Yes! I always make sure my clients understand how their websites work. If you think you’ll need help with updating your website, you can always sign up for one of my care plans.
A. Yes. They vary depending on the project. When we speak, I can answer any questions you have about that.
No! I work from a strategy-first perspective, so I’m always thinking about the full scope of your business. This means I’m happy to help you figure out a strategy for your overall brand or a new product or offer launch. I also offer a few exclusive booking days each month where you can hire me to tackle a bunch of website or design tasks for you.
